Developer (API Integration & WhatsApp Automation)
We are seeking a Developer experienced in WhatsApp Business API integration and automation to support our venture. The role involves connecting WhatsApp ordering with system/POS/Kitchen workflow and providing system support.
Experience in WhatsApp Business API integration. Chatbot development and automation setup. API integration and webhook configuration. Ability to connect WhatsApp ordering with system/POS/Kitchen workflow. Troubleshooting and system support.
Project Manager (Construction & Fit-Out)
Secure new contracting and fit-out projects. Manage full interior fit-out works including civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing. Review drawings, BOQ, and manage project planning, procurement, and timelines. Supervise site works such as partitions, flooring, ceilings, joinery, painting, and décor. Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and authority approvals. Monitor project budgets, quality, and progress reports until final handover.
5+ years experience in construction or fit-out projects in Bahrain. Strong network and ability to bring business opportunities.
General Utility Worker
Perform basic electrical maintenance such as checking lights, switches, and power connections. Carry out minor plumbing work including fixing leaks and repairing taps. Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks. Inspect equipment and report faults. Support installation and repair of kitchen equipment. Ensure maintenance work is safe and efficient. Coordinate major repairs with management. Maintain cleanliness of utility and maintenance areas.
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing work. Experience in general maintenance or utility work preferred. Ability to handle tools and perform minor repairs. Hardworking and responsible attitude.
Senior Accountant
Monitor and control daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, inventory, expenses, and cash flow. Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation. Prepare daily sales reports and financial summaries. Supervise cash handling procedures and revenue reconciliation. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances. Reconcile credit card settlements, POS transactions, and delivery platform sales (Talabat, Jahez, Keeta, etc.). Verify inventory records and cost of goods sold. Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly.
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in restaurant or hospitality operations. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

عامل خدمات عامة
القيام بأعمال الصيانة الكهربائية الأساسية، مثل فحص المصابيح والمفاتيح وتوصيلات الطاقة. القيام بأعمال السباكة البسيطة، بما في ذلك إصلاح التسريبات وصيانات الصنابير. المساعدة في أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح العامة. فحص المعدات والإبلاغ عن الأعطال. دعم تركيب وإصلاح معدات المطبخ. ضمان سلامة وكفاءة أعمال الصيانة. التنسيق مع الإدارة بشأن الإصلاحات الرئيسية. الحفاظ على نظافة مناطق المرافق والصيانة.

مراقبة ومتابعة المعاملات المالية اليومية، بما في ذلك المبيعات والمشتريات والمخزون والمصروفات والتدفقات النقدية. الحفاظ على سجلات محاسبية ووثائق مالية دقيقة. إعداد تقارير المبيعات اليومية والملخصات المالية. الإشراف على إجراءات التعامل مع النقد ومطابقة الإيرادات. إجراء تسويات بنكية ومراقبة الأرصدة النقدية. مطابقة تسويات بطاقات الائتمان ومعاملات نقاط البيع ومبيعات منصات التوصيل (طلبات، جاهز، كيتا، إلخ). التحقق من سجلات المخزون وتكلفة البضائع المباعة. تحديد أي اختلافات واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية فورًا.
