Balouchi/Urdu Interpreters (OCONUS)

Location: NSA Bahrain
SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking Balouchi/Urdu Interpreters to support the NCIS Middle East Field Office (MEFO) Transnational Crimes Unit (TCU).

Essential Duties:

• Provide linguist support for military operations and interpret during interviews, meetings, and conferences

• Conduct linguistic analysis and research on assigned projects

• Translate and interpret documents, conversations, and audio recordings from the target language(s) to English and vice versa

Qualifications:

• Active in-scope Secret clearance

• Familiarity with TCU's mission and operational requirements

• Prior operational experience in Middle East, Africa, or CENTCOM AOR

• Language Proficiency: ILR Level 3 in Balouch and Urdu

• Certification: CAT II Certified Linguists

• Residency: Must be physically located in Bahrain

• Deployment Readiness: Must be able to deploy within hours of notification

Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) (OCONUS)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Five (5) years of continuous construction industry safety experience

• Five (5) years of continuous general industry safety experience

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), or equivalent certification preferred

• Completed 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety course and familiar with EM 385-1-1 requirements

• Experience in Middle East or austere environments highly desirable

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting and safety compliance is a plus

Environmental Manager (OCONUS)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field

• Minimum three (3) years managing environmental programs on large O&M or LSS contracts

• Experience in Middle East or austere environments highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, hazardous materials handling, and environmental permitting

• Familiarity with U.S. Government environmental compliance standards (e.g., DoD, DoS) is a plus

• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in environmental engineering preferred

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Environmental Professional, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor) preferred

Quality Manager (OCONUS)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field

• Minimum five (5) years experience in quality management for large-scale O&M or LSS contracts

• Experience in Middle East or austere environments highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Familiarity with U.S. Government contracting is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred

Program Director (OCONUS)

Qualifications:

• Active in-scope Secret Security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field

• Minimum five (5) years managing large-scale O&M and/or LSS contracts, preferably in the Middle East

• Proven leadership in multi-site, international operations

• Experience managing multinational workforces (American, Third Country, and Local Nationals)

• Strong financial acumen and experience managing annual budgets of $50M+

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Familiarity with US Government contracting (e.g., DoD, DoS) highly desirable

• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred
