Logistics Manager

Personal Qualities:

• Minimum 10–15 years of functional experience, preferably in an interior fit-out contracting company or group of companies

• Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain

• Experience in freight negotiation with freight forwarders for imports and exports

• Expert knowledge in Export Documentation

• Well-versed in Import and Export Clearance and Custom Duty Refund claims process

• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

• Proficient in standard logistics software – ERP systems

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Setter Out

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review project details as per project kick-off received from the Setting Out Manager

• Prepare the project drawings schedule

• Manage the shop drawings preparation and submittal process

• Check materials allowed, details, and incorporate all in detailed shop drawings; clarify discrepancies with line manager

• Review project specifications and obtain clearance for discrepancies between specs and estimated details

• Identify project material and sample requirements

• Raise RFIs to line manager for communication with project manager and timely clarifications

• Prepare quality shop drawings with high level of detailing, considering joinery practice, technique, and wastage

• Coordinate with factory for efficient detailing when required

• Consider site-related parameters for access and assembly

• Demonstrate good knowledge of materials, technical properties, density, mechanical properties, homogeneity, available sizes, thicknesses, seasonal lead times, and constraints

• Source hardware accessories and optimize where possible; raise material requisitions to procurement timely

Design & Technical Manager - FF&E and Joinery

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in a manufacturing setup

• Qualification: Background in interiors, technical, or similar discipline

• Joinery Expertise: Proven track record in joinery setting out detailing, planning, influencing, site execution strategy, shop drawings, cutting lists, and material take-offs

• Materials Knowledge: Familiarity with common joinery and interior materials, surfaces (timber, boards, veneers, laminates, hardware, special surfaces, transitions, etc.)

• Technical Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills related to materials integration (glass, acrylics, stone, metals, fabrics)

• Software Proficiency: Well-versed in Autodesk products and Microsoft Office applications; proactive in adoption of digitization and 3D software capabilities

• Industry Standards: Familiarity with FSC, LEED requirements, and FR standards

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration in a multinational environment

مسؤول إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية (Setter Out)

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• مراجعة تفاصيل المشروع وفق انطلاق المشروع من مدير الإعداد.

• إعداد جدول رسومات المشروع.

• إدارة عملية إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية وتقديمها.

• التحقق من المواد المسموح بها وتفاصيلها ودمجها في الرسومات التنفيذية التفصيلية، وتوضيح أي اختلافات مع المدير المباشر.

• مراجعة مواصفات المشروع والحصول على الموافقة للتباينات بين المواصفات والتقديرات.

• تحديد احتياجات المشروع من المواد والعينات.

• رفع طلبات الاستيضاح (RFI) للمدير المباشر للتواصل مع مدير المشروع والحصول على التوضيحات.

• إعداد رسومات تنفيذية عالية الجودة مع مراعاة أفضل الممارسات وتقنيات النجارة وتقليل الهدر.

• التنسيق مع المصنع لتحقيق التفاصيل بكفاءة عند الحاجة.

• مراعاة معايير الموقع مثل سهولة الوصول والتركيب.

• معرفة جيدة بالمواد وخصائصها التقنية والميكانيكية والكثافة والأحجام المتاحة والقيود الأخرى.

• تأمين الأجهزة الملحقة وتحسين استخدامها ورفع طلبات المواد للإدارة المختصة في الوقت المناسب.

مدير التصميم والفني – FF&E والنجارة (Design & Technical Manager)

متطلبات المرشح:

• خبرة: 10–15 سنة في بيئة التصنيع.

• المؤهل: مناسب من خلفية التصميم الداخلي، أو مجال تقني مشابه.

• خبرة النجارة: سجل مثبت في إعداد تفاصيل النجارة، التخطيط، التأثير، استراتيجيات التنفيذ الميداني، الرسومات التنفيذية، قوائم القص، وحساب المواد.

• معرفة المواد: إلمام بالمواد الداخلية والنجارة الشائعة والأسطح (خشب، ألواح، فورنيز، لمينات، الأجهزة، الأسطح الخاصة، الانتقالات).

• الكفاءة الفنية: مهارات قوية في حل مشاكل تكامل المواد (زجاج، أكريليك، حجر، معادن، أقمشة).

• إجادة البرامج: خبرة في منتجات Autodesk وMicrosoft Office، والقدرة على تبني الحلول الرقمية وبرامج التصميم ثلاثي الأبعاد.

• المعايير الصناعية: معرفة متطلبات FSC وLEED والمعايير المقاومة للحريق (FR).

• مهارات التواصل: مهارات شخصية ممتازة للتعاون في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
