Factory Trained Technician Opportunity in Bahrain 

The Factory-Trained Technician for Waukesha 275 GL+ will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls on Waukesha gas engines 275 GL+ ESM2 and Ariel gas compressors KBK and JGC frames. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Gulf Region. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting and diagnosing equipment, maintaining engine performance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational protocols in the petroleum sector.

Requirements

Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Waukesha 275 GL+ gas engines. Understanding of engineering concepts and principles related to oil, gas, and petrochemical plant operations. Technical skills in diagnostics, assembly, and disassembly of engine components. Directed comprehensive maintenance lifecycles for Ariel KBK and JGC compressor frames, executing all scheduled intervals from 8,000-hour routine services to full 48,000-hour major overhauls. Certified technician 1 (8K PM) from Ariel is prevailing. Knowledge of safety protocols, including HSE standards. Awareness of sour gas sites' protocols and precautions. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to on-site operational conditions. Additional certifications or training in Waukesha/Ariel equipment maintenance will be advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum sector is required.
