HVAC VRF Technician

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems

• Handle technical issues independently for VRF AC units

• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment

• Perform maintenance, repairs, overhauls, and operation of electro/mechanical systems for commercial chiller systems

• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks and inspections on HVAC equipment

• Conduct mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance to ensure optimal performance

Minimum Requirements:

• ITI or Diploma Holder

• 2–3 years of experience in chiller and package units

• Experience in VRF systems

Project Engineer – Chilled Water Projects

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise execution of chilled water projects including installation, testing, and commissioning

• Supervise and provide technical direction to site engineers, supervisors, and technicians

• Review and validate system designs, load calculations, equipment selection, and layout drawings

• Oversee installation and commissioning of chillers, pumps, piping, valves, and control systems

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality, and maintain safety

• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors for seamless integration

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with procurement on material requests, vendor quotations, and delivery schedules

• Evaluate supplier quotations and assist in material and equipment selection

• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for electrical scope

• Manage and allocate site manpower efficiently

• Coordinate with subcontractors and technicians to ensure work follows project plan

• Monitor material usage and inventory

• Conduct site inspections and participate in QA/QC and HSE compliance checks

Key Responsibilities:
