مطلوب منسق مشاريع
نبحث عن منسق مشاريع ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا، حيث سيكون مسؤولًا عن الإشراف ودعم أعمال المتعاقدين الخارجيين في تطوير الأنظمة والتطبيقات الإلكترونية، وضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد، وضمن النطاق المطلوب، ومتوافقة مع متطلبات العمل.
المهام الرئيسية:
تنسيق ومتابعة أعمال المتعاقدين والمطورين الخارجيين.
ضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني والميزانية ومعايير الجودة.
تسهيل التواصل بين الأطراف المعنية (الفِرَق الداخلية، المتعاقدين، العملاء).
تتبع تقدم المشروع، والمخاطر، والمخرجات باستخدام منهجيات إدارة المشاريع.
إعداد التقارير والوثائق اللازمة للمراجعة من قبل الإدارة.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير الأنظمة أو التطبيقات.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور إشرافي أو تنسيقي، مع إدارة فرق أو متعاقدين خارجيين.
معرفة قوية بمنهجيات إدارة المشاريع (Agile، Scrum، Waterfall، وغيرها).
مهارات تواصل ومفاوضات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة ممتازة.
إتقان اللغة العربية (شرط أساسي).
رخصة قيادة سارية ومركبة خاصة.

تشخيص وإصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية الخاصة بمحركات البنزين وناقل الحركة والفرامل والتعليق وأنظمة العادم وغيرها.
استخدام أدوات التشخيص لتحديد الأعطال والتوصية بالإصلاحات اللازمة.
إجراء الفحوصات واختبارات القيادة بعد الإصلاح.
إصلاح أو استبدال الأجزاء التالفة باستخدام الأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية.
توثيق جميع الأعمال المنجزة والأجزاء المستخدمة والوقت المستغرق.
التواصل مع العملاء ومستشاري الخدمة حول حالة المركبة.
الالتزام بمعايير السلامة ومعايير الشركة المصنعة.
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم ورشة العمل.
متابعة التطورات في تقنيات السيارات والمعدات.
