Estimation Engineer – E&I in Bahrain | Power & Infrastructure Projects

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer (E&I) to handle cost estimations across labor, materials, location, special requirements, overhead, insurance, taxes, and subcontractors. This role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate tender documents, assess supplier/subcontractor quotations, and support tender submissions while ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

Details

• Analyze tender documents and identify cost requirements
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and value
• Support estimators and quantity surveyors in preparing bids
• Attend meetings and coordinate with stakeholders for tender clarification
• Prepare tender adjustment schedules, qualifications, assumptions, and exclusions
• Develop price comparison sheets for labor and material cost evaluation

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in the industrial domain
• Hands-on background in Power Plant Projects, Power Transmission Projects, Substation Projects, High Voltage Cable Projects, and Water Production Plants
• Strong knowledge of estimation practices, supplier evaluation, and tender processes
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail

نبحث عن مهندس تقدير تكاليف (E&I) خبير لإدارة تقديرات التكاليف المتعلقة بالعمالة، والمواد، والموقع، والمتطلبات الخاصة، والنفقات العامة، والتأمين، والضرائب، والمقاولين من الباطن. يتطلب هذا المنصب مهارات تحليلية قوية لتقييم وثائق المناقصات، وتقييم عروض أسعار الموردين/المقاولين من الباطن، ودعم تقديم العطاءات مع ضمان الدقة والتنافسية.

• تحليل مستندات العطاءات وتحديد متطلبات التكلفة
• تقييم عروض الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن من حيث الدقة والقيمة
• دعم المقدرين ومساحي الكميات في إعداد العطاءات
• حضور الاجتماعات والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة لتوضيح العطاء
• إعداد جداول تعديل العطاءات والمؤهلات والافتراضات والاستثناءات
• تطوير أوراق مقارنة الأسعار لتقييم تكلفة العمالة والمواد

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة كمهندس تقدير في المجال الصناعي
• خلفية عملية في مشاريع محطات الطاقة ومشاريع نقل الطاقة ومشاريع محطات التوزيع ومشاريع الكابلات عالية الجهد ومحطات إنتاج المياه
• معرفة قوية بممارسات التقدير وتقييم الموردين وعمليات العطاءات
• مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية وتواصلية ممتازة
• القدرة على العمل في ظل مواعيد نهائية ضيقة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
