Production Planner (2) 

Job Description:

Responsible for preparing and producing work schedules and Gantt charts for ship repair, shipbuilding, and specialized jobs for vessels and projects within the Yard & Offshore; measuring and recording work performance; and developing appropriate data banks for special projects as directed.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Study project work lists prior to vessel arrival.

• Determine activity duration and prepare initial work schedule.

• Determine level of detail and resources to be assigned per trade.

• Prepare final schedule with maximum accuracy.

• Track work progress and update the system by visiting sites, on board and workshops.

• Analyze data using reports, graphics, and profiles.

• Compare actual progress to planned progress.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Ensure ISO standards of Quality, Environmental, OHSMS, Security Management System, and API Q1 are maintained according to company policies.

Senior Production Planner – Desired Candidate Profile:

• University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a planner in the marine or similar industry.

• Familiarity with Primavera Project Planner.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with high responsibility.

Instrumentation Supervisor

Job Description:

Organize and supervise the activities of electronic, pneumatic, and instrument technicians across various systems, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with ISO and API Q1 standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities of electronic and instrumentation fitters on board and in internal works.

• Provide technical advice and assistance to workers as required.

• Manage systems including inert gas control, main and auxiliary engine controls, bilge/ballast monitoring, cargo tank monitoring, fire detection, automatic voltage regulators, flow control instruments, and communication systems.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Quality, Environmental, OHSMS, Security Management, and API Q1.

Sr. Rigging Supervisor

Job Description:

Directly supervises the daily activities of the Maneuvering and Rigging Section inside and outside the Yard, including rigging, transporting materials and equipment, and coordinating heavy lifts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive instructions from Section and Department Heads regarding workload, priorities, and requests.

• Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities according to safety procedures and method statements.

• Distribute equipment to staff according to work schedules and requirements.

• Assist with crane set-up and direct crane operators for equipment movement.

• Arrange equipment for docking/undocking or mooring of vessels.

• Determine proper lifting methods and optimize resources (manpower, equipment, materials) for efficient project completion.

• Ensure riggers have necessary tools, equipment, and materials; prevent misuse.

• Read and interpret specifications, drawings, and project documentation.

• Direct workers in splicing ropes and metal cables to form hoisting slings.

• Ensure docks are clear from rigging equipment during operations.

• Initiate maintenance/repair requests and follow up.

• Assess riggers’ daily checklist to ensure safety and reliability.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

مخطط إنتاج – Production Planner (2)

الوصف الوظيفي:

• إعداد جداول العمل ومخططات جانت لأعمال إصلاح السفن وبناء السفن والوظائف المتخصصة للمشاريع ضمن الحوض البحري والبحرية.

• دراسة قوائم الأعمال قبل وصول السفن.

• تحديد مدة النشاط وإعداد جدول العمل الأولي.

• تحديد مستوى التفاصيل اللازمة والموارد لكل تخصص.

• إعداد الجدول النهائي بأقصى دقة.

• متابعة تقدم الأعمال وتحديث النظام بدقة من خلال زيارة المواقع وورش العمل.

• تحليل البيانات باستخدام التقارير والرسوم البيانية والملفات البيانية.

• مقارنة التقدم الفعلي بالتقدم المخطط.

• أداء مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.

• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير ISO للجودة، البيئة، نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة، والأمن، بالإضافة إلى معايير API Q1.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمخطط إنتاج في صناعة البحرية أو ما شابهها.

• إلمام ببرنامج Primavera Project Planner.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

• إتقان استخدام أنظمة الحاسوب وبرامج Microsoft Office.

مشرف الأجهزة – Instrumentation Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي:

• تنظيم والإشراف على أنشطة فنيي الأجهزة الإلكترونية/الهوائية/الأجهزة حسب الحاجة.

• إدارة أنظمة التحكم في الغاز الخامل، المحركات الرئيسية والفرعية، أنظمة الإنذار والمراقبة، أنظمة مراقبة المياه والزيوت، ومراقبة خزانات البضائع.

• إدارة أجهزة القياس والتحكم، منظمات الجهد، أجهزة المراقبة، ونظام الاتصال الداخلي، وأنظمة الكشف عن الحريق.

• ضمان الالتزام بممارسات العمل الآمن ومعايير ISO للجودة، البيئة، الصحة والسلامة، الأمن، ومعايير API Q1.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف اليومي على أنشطة الفنيين على السفن والورش الداخلية.

• تقديم المشورة الفنية والمساعدة للفنيين عند الحاجة.

مشرف التجهيزات والرفع – Sr. Rigging Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي:

• الإشراف المباشر على أنشطة قسم المناورة والتجهيزات داخل وخارج الحوض البحري، بما في ذلك رفع ونقل المعدات والمواد.

• تلقي التعليمات من رئيس القسم ورئيس الدائرة بشأن عبء العمل والأولويات.

• الإشراف وتنسيق أنشطة العمال لضمان الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والخطط الميدانية.

• توزيع المعدات على الموظفين وفق جداول العمل وأولويات الأقسام الأخرى.

• توجيه مشغلي الرافعات لنقل المعدات إلى ومن مناطق العمل.

• ضمان تزويد العمال بالأدوات والمعدات والمواد بشكل صحيح ومنع سوء استخدامها.

• قراءة وتفسير وفهم المواصفات، الرسومات، والوثائق الهندسية الخاصة بالمشروع.

• إصدار ومتابعة طلبات الصيانة والإصلاح.

• تقييم قوائم التحقق اليومية للعمال لضمان السلامة والموثوقية.

• أداء مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.
