Job Opening: Project Engineer

📍 Location: Bahrain

We are looking for a Professional Project Engineer with 3–4 years of experience (local candidates only).

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaison and coordination with consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors

• Technical coordination and overall construction management

• Tendering projects, preparing comparison statements, negotiating with main contractors and subcontractors

• Appointment and management of contractors and subcontractors for in-house projects

• Preparation of contract agreements in collaboration with legal counsel

• Preparation of method statements and ensuring compliance with specifications

• Ordering materials, plant, and equipment in coordination with field supervisors

• Expediting material deliveries with purchase coordinators and suppliers

• Preparation of progress reports and work programs

• Analyzing, querying, and resolving technical field engineering issues

• Observing and enforcing health and safety standards on site

• Assigning and coordinating workforce for in-house maintenance and operational activities

• Coordination between subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow

• Preparation and maintenance of as-built records, drawings, and schedules

• Resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensuring corrective actions

• Reviewing and approving contractors’ invoices, variations, and requests for time extensions

• Monitoring the safe and timely execution of all projects

📌 مطلوب مهندس مشروع محترف

الوصف الوظيفي:

البحث عن مهندس مشروع ذو خبرة للعمل مع إحدى أكبر الشركات، مع مهام التنسيق والتواصل مع الاستشاريين والمعماريين والمقاولين والمقاولين الفرعيين.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• التنسيق الفني والإدارة الشاملة للبناء

• إعداد مشاريع المناقصات، بيانات المقارنة، والتفاوض مع المقاولين الرئيسيين والفرعيين

• تعيين وإدارة المقاولين والمقاولين الفرعيين للمشاريع الداخلية

• إعداد اتفاقيات العقود بالتعاون مع المستشار القانوني

• إعداد بيانات المنهجيات وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات

• طلب المواد والمعدات بالتنسيق مع المشرفين الميدانيين

• متابعة تسليم المواد بالتعاون مع قسم الشراء والموردين

• إعداد تقارير التقدم وبرامج العمل

• تحليل وحل القضايا الهندسية الميدانية

• مراقبة وتنفيذ معايير الصحة والسلامة في الموقع

• تنسيق القوى العاملة لأنشطة الصيانة والتشغيل الداخلية

• التنسيق بين المقاولين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

• إعداد وصيانة سجلات ورسومات المشروع كما هو مبني

• حل تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs) وضمان اتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية

• مراجعة والموافقة على فواتير المقاولين والتغييرات وطلبات تمديد الوقت

• متابعة التنفيذ الآمن وفي الوقت المحدد لجميع الأعمال

المتطلبات:

• خبرة 3 إلى 4 سنوات على الأقل

• التوظيف للكوادر المحلية فقط

• الراتب جيد، وسيتم مناقشته أثناء المقابلة
