MEP Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Senior Level – Only Local, Indian Male)
Job Knowledge:
Strong English communication skills
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
Expertise in BOQ preparation, cost control, and contract management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MSP
Experience in detailed BOQ, pre-tender estimates, and preliminary estimates at proposal stages
GCC experience in high-rise projects
GCC valid driving license is an advantage
Local candidates are preferred
Job Opening – Graphic Designer (Staff Uniforms)
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on designing innovative staff uniforms that align with client branding and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design staff uniform concepts (shirts, trousers, jackets, accessories) tailored to client specifications
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand branding requirements and functional needs
Create technical sketches and mood boards for approval
Develop visual branding elements (logos, embroidery placements, color schemes)
Ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing (fabric, cut, printing/embroidery techniques)
Prepare detailed design files and specifications for production
Develop mockups and prototypes for client presentations
Maintain design quality and branding consistency across projects
Stay updated on trends in workwear and corporate uniforms
Manage multiple projects efficiently
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field
Proven experience in clothing/uniform design, preferably for corporate clients
Strong portfolio in clothing design, branding, and technical sketches
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW)
Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and embroidery/printing techniques
Creative, detail-oriented, and practical
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork

المؤهلات: بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو حساب الكميات
العمر: حتى 30 سنة
- المعرفة المطلوبة:• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية• معرفة قوية بطرق البناء والمواد• خبرة في إعداد BOQ، التحكم في التكاليف، وإدارة العقود• إجادة برامج AutoCAD وExcel وMSP• خبرة سابقة في إعداد تقديرات ما قبل المناقصات والتفاصيل الكاملة للكميات• خبرة خليجية في مشاريع الأبراج العالية• رخصة قيادة خليجية سارية ميزة إضافية
ساعات العمل: 10 ساعات يوميًا
الراتب: 400 – 500 دينار بحريني

مطلوب: مصمم جرافيك (للزي الموحد للموظفين)
المهام الرئيسية:
تصميم زي موحد للموظفين (قمصان، بناطيل، سترات، وإكسسوارات) وفق متطلبات العملاء.
التعاون مع العملاء وفِرَق العمل الداخلية لفهم متطلبات الهوية البصرية والوظيفية.
إعداد رسومات تقنية ومخططات تصميمية للموافقة.
تطوير عناصر بصرية مثل الشعارات وأماكن التطريز والألوان.
ضمان أن التصاميم قابلة للتنفيذ من حيث الأقمشة والقصّات وطرق الطباعة/التطريز.
إعداد ملفات ومواصفات التصميم للإنتاج.
تطوير نماذج أولية وعرضها للعملاء.
متابعة أحدث اتجاهات أزياء العمل والزي الموحد.
إدارة عدة مشاريع بكفاءة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
بكالوريوس تصميم جرافيك أو تصميم أزياء أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة مثبتة في تصميم الملابس أو الزي الموحد (يفضل للشركات).
ملف أعمال قوي يبرز التصميم والرسومات الفنية.
إتقان برامج Adobe Creative Suite وCorelDRAW.
معرفة ببناء الملابس والأقمشة وطرق الطباعة/التطريز.
الإبداع والانتباه للتفاصيل والعملية.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
