🏗️ Junior Planning Engineer – Civil (Real Estate Developer – Bahrain)

A leading Real Estate Developer in the Kingdom of Bahrain is looking to hire a Junior Planning Engineer for its Construction Division.

Job Description:

• Assist in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or other scheduling software

• Prepare WBS based on Construction Drawings

• Set work program and target milestones for each phase

• Submit updated work programs, monitor progress, and identify delays or critical activities

• Maintain accurate site work progress records

• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation measures

• Prepare progress reports and presentations

• Coordinate tasks with project teams

• Perform data analysis to forecast trends and identify issues

• Assist with effective resource allocation and cost optimization

• Conduct sensitivity analysis on project parameter changes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling principles

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent software

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

🏗️مطلوب مهندس تخطيط مدني - مبتدئ

الوصف الوظيفي:

شركة تطوير عقاري رائدة في مملكة البحرين تبحث عن مهندس تخطيط مبتدئ للانضمام إلى قسم الإنشاءات.

المهام الوظيفية:

• المساعدة في إعداد جداول المشروع باستخدام Primavera P6 أو برامج التخطيط الأخرى

• إعداد هيكل تقسيم العمل (WBS) بناءً على الرسومات التنفيذية

• تحديد برامج العمل والأهداف الزمنية لكل مرحلة

• تحديث برامج العمل وتحديد نقاط الضعف واقتراح حلول

• متابعة تقدم الأعمال في الموقع وتسجيل التحديثات

• تحديد المخاطر المحتملة واقتراح استراتيجيات للتعامل معها

• إعداد تقارير ومتابعة تقدم المشروع

• التنسيق مع فرق العمل لضمان التنفيذ في الوقت المحدد
