About the Role
We are seeking an Estimation Engineer – E&I to lead cost estimation processes across industrial projects. The role requires expertise in evaluating tender documents, analyzing supplier and subcontractor quotations, and supporting tender submissions.
Details
- Estimate costs for labor, materials, location, special requirements, overhead, insurance, taxes, and subcontractors
- Assist estimators and quantity surveyors in preparing accurate tender submissions
- Attend meetings, analyze tender documents, and follow up with suppliers/subcontractors
- Prepare tender adjustment schedules, qualifications, assumptions, and exclusions
- Compare material and labor costs using price comparison sheets

نبحث عن مهندس تقدير تكاليف (E&I) لقيادة عمليات تقدير التكاليف في المشاريع الصناعية. يتطلب هذا المنصب خبرة في تقييم وثائق العطاءات، وتحليل عروض أسعار الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن، ودعم تقديم العطاءات.
تفاصيل
- تقدير تكاليف العمالة والمواد والموقع والمتطلبات الخاصة والنفقات العامة والتأمين والضرائب والمقاولين من الباطن
- مساعدة المقدرين ومساحي الكميات في إعداد عروض العطاءات الدقيقة
- حضور الاجتماعات وتحليل وثائق العطاءات ومتابعة الموردين/المقاولين من الباطن
- إعداد جداول تعديل العطاءات والمؤهلات والافتراضات والاستثناءات
- مقارنة تكاليف المواد والعمالة باستخدام أوراق مقارنة الأسعار
