 Civil Engineer 

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Manama, Bahrain. The Civil Engineer will support senior engineers in overseeing and executing construction projects, assisting with project planning, implementation, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision of civil works at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans, technical drawings, and specifications
• Monitor daily and weekly work progress and prepare detailed site reports for project management
• Organize and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and construction materials to maintain project schedules
• Carry out quality control checks to ensure all work meets approved drawings and engineering specifications
• Coordinate with site supervisors, foremen, consultants, and the broader project team on technical matters
• Communicate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding progress updates and technical issues
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at the site in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 standards
• Assist with the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction activities across multiple projects

نبحث عن مهندس مدني طموح للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع العمل في المنامة، البحرين. سيقوم المهندس المدني بدعم كبار المهندسين في الإشراف على مشاريع البناء وتنفيذها، والمساعدة في تخطيط المشاريع وتنفيذها، وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات التصميم ومعايير السلامة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• المساعدة في الإشراف على الأعمال المدنية في مواقع البناء، وضمان الالتزام بخطط المشروع والرسومات الفنية والمواصفات.
• مراقبة سير العمل اليومي والأسبوعي وإعداد تقارير موقع مفصلة لإدارة المشروع
• تنظيم وتنسيق العمال والمقاولين من الباطن ومواد البناء للحفاظ على جداول المشروع
• إجراء فحوصات مراقبة الجودة لضمان مطابقة جميع الأعمال للرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات الهندسية
• التنسيق مع مشرفي الموقع، ورؤساء العمال، والاستشاريين، وفريق المشروع الأوسع نطاقًا بشأن المسائل الفنية
• التواصل مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين من الباطن بشأن تحديثات التقدم والمشكلات الفنية
• تطبيق لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع وفقًا لمعايير ISO 45001:2018
• المساعدة في تخطيط وجدولة وتنفيذ أنشطة البناء عبر مشاريع متعددة
