Hotel Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead the pre-opening planning, setup, and execution of all hotel operations in preparation for a successful opening
-
Establish operational structures, SOPs, brand standards, and service culture across all departments
-
Recruit, onboard, and develop the full hotel leadership and operational teams in collaboration with HR and ownership
-
Drive a strong guest-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service delivery and brand consistency across both properties

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with brand and regulatory requirements

Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs while maximizing profitability and operational performance
Director of Engineering
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred
-
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification
-
5+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
-
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex engineering projects
-
Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering fields

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities

Advanced project management and budgeting skills

Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience at a manager level within a hotel environment

Understanding of Trust accounting

Passion for delivering exceptional, proactive customer service
