Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Server (Waitress), based in Muharraq, Bahrain. The Food Server will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, providing exemplary customer service, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Additional tasks include maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, handling special requests, and assisting with food service operations as needed.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and provide a positive experience

Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and expertise in food service practices

Basic understanding or experience with cooking is an advantage

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

وظيفة بدوام كامل، داخل مقر العمل في المحرق، البحرين.
سيكون موظف خدمة الطعام مسؤولًا عن استقبال الضيوف، وأخذ وتسليم طلبات الطعام والشراب، وتقديم خدمة عملاء مثالية، وضمان تجربة طعام استثنائية لجميع الضيوف.
تشمل المهام الإضافية الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة الطعام، التعامل مع الطلبات الخاصة، والمساعدة في عمليات تقديم الطعام عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
• مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل مع القدرة على التعامل مع الضيوف وتقديم تجربة إيجابية
