Ordering Vehicle for Hyundai & Commercial.
DTS daily monitoring of OTO (on time Delivery).
Updating Backlog and reporting weekly.
Maintain and update customer and sales records accurately within our CRM system.
Updating Manifest report.
Updating Master costing.
Inventory Controller
We are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Based in Zinj, Bahrain, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, minimising stock discrepancies, and optimising inventory control processes within our FMCG business.Responsibilities
Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines.
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock.
Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
Receive and assign control numbers to supplier invoices, Delivery Notes and maintain the filing of these.
Enter data into the accounting system.
Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment.

نبحث عن مراقب مخزون للانضمام إلى فريقنا النشيط في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الدوران. يقع مقرنا في الزنج، البحرين، ويوفر هذا المنصب بدوام كامل فرصة مميزة للمساهمة في إدارة عمليات المخزون بكفاءة. سيتولى المرشح الناجح مسؤولية ضمان دقة مستويات المخزون، وتقليل فروق المخزون، وتحسين عمليات مراقبة المخزون في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة الدوران.المسؤوليات:
الإشراف على إدارة المخزون وسلسلة التوريد وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة.
تنفيذ مهام المخزون المهمة لضمان توفر العدد الصحيح من الأصناف في المخزون.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدثة ودقيقة للمخزون، بما في ذلك عمليات النقل وحساب الدورات.

إدخال البيانات في نظام المحاسبة.
تطوير وتنفيذ تحسينات على الإجراءات التشغيلية الحالية لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الكفاءة وخفض تكاليف العمليات.
الرد على استفسارات المبيعات وأوامر الشراء؛ جمع البيانات وتحليلها لتحديد كميات الطلبات المناسبة؛ معالجة طلبات الشحن.
