Overview:

Perseptex is seeking a highly respected physician to serve as a Senior Medical Advisor in Bahrain. This role is for a clinician with strong credibility, deep understanding of healthcare delivery, and a passion for improving clinical efficiency and staff capacity. The Senior Medical Advisor will support evidence-based evaluation of Perseptex’s technology, participate in research or case studies, and represent Perseptex at clinical and academic events across Bahrain.

Responsibilities – Clinical & Scientific Insight:

• Contribute to research initiatives, case studies, or clinical evaluations demonstrating the impact of Perseptex’s AI systems.

• Present findings or educational content at medical conferences, grand rounds, and professional forums.

• Communicate the clinical relevance and rigor of Perseptex’s solutions in an evidence-based, physician-centered way.

Healthcare Sales Representative – Bahrain

Responsibilities:

• Present and articulate Perseptex’s AI solutions to healthcare organizations, highlighting clinical, operational, and efficiency benefits.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives, department heads, clinicians, and administrative leadership.

• Conduct discovery with prospective clients to understand workflows, challenges, and areas for improvement.

• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to presentations, proposals, and closing.

• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to support product refinement and regional strategy.

• Represent Perseptex at conferences, meetings, and industry events within Bahrain.

• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare sales, medical technology, digital health, or a related field.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Native or near-native in Arabic.

• Fluent in English (listening).

• Comfortable conducting meetings with senior stakeholders in hospitals and healthcare institutions.

• Self-driven, organized, and capable of independently managing sales activities.
