Finance Manager – FP&A (Retail Industry) – Bahrain

About the Job:
We’re looking for a seasoned FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for finance leaders passionate about retail (Fashion/FMCG) and driving strategic decisions through data.

Your Impact:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and MIS for a high-growth retail business

• Deliver actionable insights through variance analysis and feasibility studies

• Partner with CXOs and cross-functional teams to shape business strategy

Ideal Profile:

• Qualification: CA / CMA / ACCA (or equivalent)

• Experience: 8+ years in FP&A with strong background in retail (Fashion/FMCG preferred)

• Skills: Advanced financial modeling, stakeholder management, and ERP tools (SAP/Oracle/Power BI)

Finance Manager

About the Job:
The Finance Manager will work with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. The role involves handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, and providing regular financial reporting.

Job Description:

• Ensure submission of MIS reports to leadership within agreed timelines

• Provide dashboards for business performance to leadership

• Prepare budgets and coordinate operational and functional assumptions

• Manage the budgeting process for the territory ensuring timely submission per corporate guidelines

• Prepare monthly business review and Board presentations (Budgets, Quarterly performance – P&L, BS, CF)

• Act as a business partner to improve trade and drive projects to build cost efficiencies

• Conduct monthly review of financials before closing books and highlight exceptions

• Review and analyze overheads and Capex with territory leadership

• Perform regular business analysis, particularly in markdowns and inventory

• Update variances on MIS tools monthly per corporate guidelines

• Provide overheads analysis to support functions

Skills Required:

• FP&A expertise (minimum 8 years experience)

• Strong financial accounting, reporting knowledge, and business acumen

• Proficiency in IT tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query

• Detail-oriented and analytical

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance

• Chartered Accountant qualification

مدير مالي (Finance Manager)

عن الوظيفة:
المسؤول عن العمل مع الإدارة العليا لتطوير الاستراتيجيات المالية للمنظمة. التعامل مع كميات كبيرة من البيانات، والعمل كشريك تجاري، وصانع قرار، وتقديم التقارير المالية بشكل منتظم.

الوصف الوظيفي:

• ضمان تقديم تقارير MIS لفريق القيادة وفق الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها.

• تقديم لوحات متابعة أداء الأعمال للإدارة العليا.

• إعداد الميزانية والتنسيق على المستوى التشغيلي ووظيفي للفرضيات.

• الإشراف على عملية الميزانية للمنطقة وضمان تقديمها في الوقت المحدد وفق إرشادات الشركة.

• إعداد عروض الأعمال الشهرية.

• إعداد عروض مجلس الإدارة للميزانيات والأداء الفصلي (P&L، الميزانية العمومية، التدفقات النقدية).

• العمل كشريك تجاري لتحسين العمليات ودفع المشاريع لبناء كفاءات في التكلفة.

• مراجعة البيانات المالية الشهرية قبل إغلاق الدفاتر وتسليط الضوء على أي استثناءات.

• مراجعة وتحليل المصروفات العامة ورأس المال ومناقشتها مع فريق قيادة المنطقة.

• إجراء التحليل الدوري للأعمال، خصوصًا في مجالات التخفيضات والمخزون.

• تحديث الفروقات في أدوات MIS شهريًا وفقًا لإرشادات الشركة.

• تقديم تحليل للمصروفات لدعم الوظائف المختلفة.

المهارات المطلوبة:

• خبرة FP&A لا تقل عن 8 سنوات.

• معرفة قوية بالمحاسبة المالية والتقارير والفطنة التجارية.

• إجادة أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات مثل MS Excel، PowerPoint، Power BI، Power Query.

• دقة وتحليلية عالية.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في المالية.

• مؤهل محاسب قانوني معتمد (Charted Accountant).
