Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Leadership: Supervise the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems

• Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for MEP subcontractors, ensuring work stays on schedule and aligns with architectural plans

• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets local building codes and Olive Green’s internal quality standards

• Troubleshooting: Identify technical bottlenecks early and implement practical, cost-effective solutions

• Safety Oversight: Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in MEP supervision, preferably within commercial or large-scale residential construction

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of mechanical (HVAC), electrical (Power & Lighting), and plumbing (Water & Drainage) systems

• Blueprint Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret complex MEP shop drawings and schematics

• Leadership: A leader who fosters a collaborative environment, effectively resolves conflicts, and mentors junior staff

• Certification: A degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred

• مراقبة الجودة: إجراء تفتيشات دورية لضمان مطابقة جميع الأعمال للقوانين المحلية ومعايير الجودة الداخلية للشركة

• حل المشكلات: تحديد العقبات التقنية مبكرًا وتنفيذ حلول عملية وفعالة من حيث التكلفة

• الإشراف على السلامة: ضمان الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) في الموقع

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• خبرة 5 سنوات أو أكثر في الإشراف على أعمال MEP، ويفضل ضمن مشاريع تجارية أو سكنية كبيرة

• خبرة فنية قوية في الأنظمة الميكانيكية (HVAC)، الكهربائية (القدرة والإنارة)، والسباكة (المياه والصرف)

• القدرة على قراءة وتفسير رسومات ومخططات MEP المعقدة

• مهارات قيادية: القدرة على خلق بيئة عمل تعاونية وحل النزاعات بفعالية وتوجيه الموظفين الجدد

• شهادة: درجة أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهربائية أو مجال تقني ذي صلة يُعتبر ميزة كبيرة
