We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and expand the daily operations of our cleaning company. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, participate in government tenders, meet clients, secure new contracts, and help develop specialized service divisions such as high-rise building cleaning, AC duct cleaning, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in government tenders and handle documentation.
Meet existing and potential clients to build strong relationships.
Actively seek and secure new cleaning contracts.

Requirements:
10–20 years of experience in the facility industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in business development or service expansion is a plus.
