Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Install, test, commission, and maintain fire alarm systems, fire pump panels, emergency lighting, sprinkler control panels, and passive fire systems

Perform cabling, conduit, termination, and panel wiring as per approved drawings

Troubleshoot electrical faults and support system integration with BMS
-
Ensure compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense, and EWA regulations

Assist during inspections and authority approvals
Key Skills:

Hands-on electrical experience with active & passive fire protection systems

Install, repair, and maintain piping systems for fire sprinkler networks, hose reels, hydrants, landing valves, fire pump room piping, FM-200 / Clean Agent systems

Threading, grooving, welding coordination, pipe supports, valve installations, line pressure tests

Read and interpret plumbing drawings, pipe routing layouts, and isometric diagrams

Work with GI, MS, HDPE, and CPVC fire-rated piping systems

تنفيذ أعمال الكابلات، القنوات، التوصيلات، وأسلاك اللوحات حسب الرسومات المعتمدة.

تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية ودعم تكامل الأنظمة مع أنظمة BMS.

الالتزام بمعايير NFPA والدفاع المدني وEWA.

المساعدة أثناء عمليات التفتيش والموافقات الرسمية.

الوصف الوظيفي:

تركيب، اختبار، وصيانة شبكات الأنابيب لأنظمة مكافحة الحرائق بما يشمل الرشاشات، خراطيم الحريق، مضخات المياه والمكونات الميكانيكية ذات الصلة.
المسؤوليات:
-
تركيب وصيانة أنظمة الرشاشات، خراطيم الحريق، وصمامات الهبوط وأنابيب غرف المضخات.
-
تنفيذ أعمال الخيوط، الحفر، اللحام، تركيب الدعامات والصمامات، واختبار ضغط الأنابيب.
المتطلبات:
-
رخصة سباك EWA سارية.
-
دبلوم/شهادة ITI في السباكة أو الميكانيكا أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة 3–5 سنوات في مشاريع مكافحة الحرائق أو MEP.
-
معرفة بمعايير أنظمة مكافحة الحرائق (NFPA، قواعد الدفاع المدني البحريني).
-
القدرة على قراءة الرسومات وتنفيذ أنظمة GI, MS, HDPE, CPVC.
-
لياقة بدنية جيدة والعمل في مواقع البناء.
