What you will do

Description of Accountability:

• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness

• Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions

• Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise, brand, and company

• Participate in all inventories

• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets

• Satisfactorily complete all duties as assigned by management

• Be punctual and adhere to designated work schedule

• Be flexible and work well with peers and management to accomplish duties

• Follow M&S Policies and Procedures 100%

• Perform housekeeping duties as required

• Create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere, non-business-like greeting

• Provide customers with current relevant information

• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to add on to sales

• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database

• Sincerely thank all customers for shopping at M&S as they exit the store and invite them back

Required Skills to be Successful:

• Friendly and engaging personality, comfortable working with the general public

• Good verbal communication skills

• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours

• Confident, helpful, polite, and physically fit

• Stock replenishment

• تزويد العملاء بالمعلومات الحالية والملائمة.

• تقديم خدمة عالية الجودة في غرف القياس، متابعة العملاء بشكل مناسب، الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة الصندوق، ومحاولة زيادة المبيعات المتعلقة بالمنتج.

• تقديم خدمة فعالة عند منطقة الدفع، عرض بطاقات الهدايا، الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة الدفع، وتسجيل معلومات العملاء في قاعدة البيانات.

• شكر العملاء بصدق عند خروجهم من المتجر ودعوتهم للعودة.

المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح:

• شخصية ودودة وجذابة وقادرة على التعامل مع الجمهور.

• مهارات تواصل لفظية جيدة.

• القدرة على الوقوف لمدة لا تقل عن 8 ساعات.
