Behavior Therapist & Academic Tutor (Arabic)

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized and group behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- Conduct 1:1 and small group tutoring sessions in core academic subjects (e.g., reading, writing, math), adapted to developmental and educational levels.

- Apply ABA techniques to promote learning, attention, communication, social interaction, and reduce challenging behaviors.

- Collect and record accurate data on behavior goals, academic progress, and group participation.

- Support children in developing academic readiness skills, executive functioning, and classroom routines.

- Adapt teaching methods and materials based on each child’s needs and learning style.

- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, parents, and other team members to ensure consistency across settings.

- Provide input for progress reports, IEPs, and goal setting based on observations and data.

- Maintain a safe, structured, and motivating learning environment for both individual and group sessions.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

- تنفيذ خطط التدخل السلوكي الفردية والجماعية (BIPs) تحت إشراف محلل سلوك معتمد (BCBA).

- إجراء جلسات تعليمية فردية وجماعية صغيرة في المواد الأكاديمية الأساسية (على سبيل المثال، القراءة والكتابة والرياضيات)، بما يتناسب مع مستويات النمو والتعليم.

- تطبيق تقنيات تحليل السلوك التطبيقي لتعزيز التعلم والانتباه والتواصل والتفاعل الاجتماعي وتقليل السلوكيات الصعبة.
