We are hiring a Procurement Specialist to support our Operations team in the Middle East. The role involves sourcing materials efficiently, managing supplier orders, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across all procurement activities.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of sourcing, order processing, supplier coordination, and inventory management. Ability to analyze orders, maintain accurate records, follow-up on urgent orders, and update delivery schedules. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in maintaining work instructions, handling client complaints, and monitoring dispatches until order closure. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
