Head of Products
What You’ll Be Doing:

Setting the overall product strategy and roadmap in line with company growth objectives.

Leading the product team to deliver digital fintech solutions that meet customer and regulatory needs.

Launching and optimizing new products and features that drive engagement, adoption, and retention.

Working closely with engineering, design, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery.

Managing P&L for the product portfolio and achieving performance and profitability targets.

Driving go-to-market planning for new products and features across GCC markets.

Establishing KPIs to measure success across product performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

Ensuring adherence to financial and data compliance standards in all markets.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

10+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally in fintech, finance, or consumer services.

Proven experience in defining and executing multi-market product strategies.
-
Strong track record of managing product P&L and achieving commercial goals.
-
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
-
Familiarity with GCC regulatory and financial compliance environments.
-
Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory).
-
Based in Bahrain, with regional travel across the GCC.
Flutter Developer
What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the mobile app on iOS and Android.

Building refined UI components, animations, and interactions that elevate user experience.
-
Integrating backend services, APIs, and Firebase to ensure scalability and reliability.
-
Monitoring app performance, debugging, and optimizing for speed and stability.
-
Implementing analytics, crash monitoring, and A/B testing to improve engagement.

Contributing to technical decisions, architecture planning, and roadmap execution.

Collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of hands-on Flutter experience with production-level apps.

Strong proficiency in Dart and mobile app architecture (state management, navigation, lifecycle).

Experience with Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, A/B Testing).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
-
Passion for great UI/UX and performance optimization.

Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.

مطور Flutter
المهام الوظيفية:

قيادة تطوير وصيانة وتحسين تطبيقات الهاتف على نظامي iOS وAndroid.
-
بناء واجهات مستخدم متقنة، ورسوم متحركة وتفاعلات تعزز تجربة المستخدم.
-
دمج خدمات الخلفية وAPIs وFirebase لضمان قابلية التوسع والموثوقية.
-
مراقبة أداء التطبيق، تصحيح الأخطاء، وتحسين السرعة والاستقرار.
-
تنفيذ تحليلات ومراقبة الأعطال واختبارات A/B لتحسين التفاعل.
-
المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات التقنية، تخطيط البنية، وتنفيذ خارطة الطريق.

التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة لتقديم ميزات عالية الجودة وتركز على المستخدم.
