Associate Consultant SAP Basis

About the job

Role: Associate Consultant SAP Basis

Location: Manama, Bahrain

SAP Skills:

• Basic knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

• Understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Unix).

• Familiarity with SAP systems and basis work is highly desired.

• Familiarity with networking concepts and a knowledge on IT infrastructure, databases, and operating systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).

• Support user administration activities including creating and managing user accounts and roles.

• Assist in the application of patches and updates to SAP systems.

• Participate in system upgrade projects and provide support during upgrade activities.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.

• Actively engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance SAP Basis knowledge and skills.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

Qualification/Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT.

• 1-2 years of experience in SAP or system administration.

• SAP certification is preferable.

• المساعدة في تثبيت، تهيئة، وصيانة أنظمة SAP (ERP، S/4HANA، BW، وغيرها).

• دعم أنشطة إدارة المستخدمين بما في ذلك إنشاء وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين والأدوار.

• المساعدة في تطبيق التصحيحات والتحديثات على أنظمة SAP.

• المشاركة في مشاريع ترقية الأنظمة وتقديم الدعم أثناء أنشطة الترقية.

• المشاركة في اجتماعات الفريق والمساهمة في تخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع.

• المشاركة النشطة في جلسات التدريب وورش العمل لتعزيز المعرفة والمهارات في SAP Basis.

• متابعة أحدث تقنيات SAP وأفضل الممارسات.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات

• خبرة من 1–2 سنوات في SAP أو إدارة الأنظمة

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة SAP

• معرفة أساسية بأنظمة إدارة قواعد البيانات (مثل Oracle، SQL Server)

• فهم أنظمة التشغيل (مثل Windows، Linux، Unix)

• الإلمام بمفاهيم الشبكات والبنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات يُعد ميزة إضافية
