Draftsman – Discovery Real Estate Development Co. W.L.L

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed plans based on project specifications. Ensures accuracy, compliance with standards, and coordination with engineers, architects, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and shop drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software

• Convert design concepts, sketches, and specifications into accurate technical drawings

• Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements

• Maintain document control system for drawings and revisions

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve drawing discrepancies

• Update drawings based on site changes, as-built conditions, and feedback

• Assist in preparation of material take-offs and quantity estimations

• Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedule

• Support project team with technical documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), Revit, or other drafting/design software

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and industry standards

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

شركة Discovery Real Estate Development Co. W.L.L تبحث عن رسام ماهر لإعداد الرسومات الفنية، الرسومات التنفيذية، والخطط التفصيلية بناءً على متطلبات المشاريع والتصميمات، مع ضمان الدقة والتوافق مع المعايير والتنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين وفريق الموقع لدعم تنفيذ المشاريع بسلاسة.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إعداد رسومات ثنائية الأبعاد، تخطيطات، ورسومات تنفيذية باستخدام AutoCAD أو برامج مشابهة.

• تحويل المفاهيم والتصميمات والرسومات التخطيطية إلى رسومات دقيقة.

• التأكد من توافق الرسومات مع معايير المشروع والمتطلبات.

• الحفاظ على نظام متابعة للرسومات والتعديلات.

• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمعماريين وفريق الموقع لحل أي اختلافات في الرسومات.

• تحديث الرسومات بناءً على التغييرات في الموقع واحتياجات العميل أو الاستشاري.

• المساعدة في إعداد جداول الكميات والمواد من الرسومات.

• تقديم الدعم الفني للفريق حسب الحاجة.

المؤهلات والمهارات:

• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، المعمارية، الميكانيكية أو مجالات ذات صلة.

• إجادة AutoCAD (2D)، Revit أو برامج التصميم الأخرى.

• معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والتفاصيل والمعايير الصناعية.

• القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات المعمارية والإنشائية والميكانيكية.
