Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily site activities of high-rise construction projects
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery

Assist in material planning, manpower management, and subcontractor coordination

Requirements:
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil engineering within the GCC
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
CRPEP License Holder mandatory
Proven experience working on high-rise building construction projects
Strong understanding of structural works, finishing activities, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)

Draftsman - Civil
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings, including site plans, grading plans, utility layouts (water, sewer, drainage), road designs, and structural details.
Work closely with Civil Engineers and Project Managers to understand project requirements and design specifications.
Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
Manage and organize drawing files and documentation effectively.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material schedules from drawings.
Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and versions.
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, consultants, clients, or site conditions, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and communicated.
Manage, organize, and archive drawing files, models, and associated documentation within the project management system.
Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings upon project completion.
Contribute to the development of drawing templates and libraries to enhance efficiency.
Participate in design review meetings to provide input from a drafting perspective.
Assist in preparing permit application drawings and related documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience as a Civil Draftsman, preferably within high-rise and villa construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
Experience with other relevant software such as Revit, SketchUp will be an added advantage.
Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and drafting standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications accurately.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

مطلوب رسام هندسي – مدني
المهام والمسؤوليات:
إعداد رسومات هندسية تفصيلية ثنائية وثلاثية الأبعاد، تشمل المخططات العامة، مخططات التسويات، شبكات المرافق (مياه، صرف صحي، صرف مطري)، تصاميم الطرق، والتفاصيل الإنشائية.
التعاون مع المهندسين المدنيين ومديري المشاريع لفهم متطلبات المشاريع والمواصفات التصميمية.
ضمان مطابقة جميع الرسومات للمعايير والكودات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
مراجعة وتعديل الرسومات بناءً على الملاحظات أو التغييرات التصميمية أو ظروف الموقع.
إدارة وتنظيم ملفات الرسومات والمستندات المرتبطة بشكل فعال.
المساعدة في حساب الكميات وجداول المواد من الرسومات.
حفظ سجلات دقيقة لتعديلات الرسومات والإصدارات المختلفة.
المشاركة في اجتماعات مراجعة التصميم لتقديم مدخلات من منظور الرسم الهندسي.
المساعدة في إعداد رسومات "كما تم التنفيذ" بعد إنجاز المشروع.
المساهمة في تطوير قوالب الرسومات والمكتبات لزيادة الكفاءة.
إعداد الرسومات الخاصة برخص البناء والمستندات المرتبطة بها.
المتطلبات:
دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الرسم الهندسي أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة من 2 – 3 سنوات كرسام مدني، ويفضل في مشاريع الأبراج والفلل.
إجادة استخدام برنامج AutoCAD (شرط أساسي).
يفضل خبرة في برامج أخرى مثل Revit وSketchUp.
فهم قوي لمبادئ الهندسة المدنية ومعايير الرسم.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية بدقة.
اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والدقة.
مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
مهارات تواصل جيدة.

المهام الرئيسية:
الإشراف وإدارة الأنشطة اليومية لمشاريع الأبراج العالية.
التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية لضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المحدد.
متابعة تقدم الأعمال، تتبع الإنجازات، وإعداد تقارير التقدم.
التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفقاً للمخططات والمواصفات ومعايير السلامة المعتمدة.
المساعدة في تخطيط المواد، إدارة القوى العاملة، والتنسيق مع المقاولين الفرعيين.
تحديد وحل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع.
المشاركة في التخطيط للمشاريع، الجدولة، ومراقبة التكاليف.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 5–8 سنوات في الهندسة المدنية داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية أو ما يعادلها.
رخصة CRPEP إلزامية.
خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الأبراج العالية.
معرفة قوية بأعمال الإنشاءات الهيكلية والتشطيبات والتنفيذ الموقعي.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات الفنية.
إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وMS Office وبرامج إدارة المشاريع مثل MS Project أو Primavera.
