 Civil Supervisor – Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Oversee civil construction activities according to approved designs and specifications, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure proper utilization of resources.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections, enforce quality standards, and resolve construction quality-related issues promptly.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.
• Coordination and Communication: Work with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain smooth execution and workflow; report daily progress and challenges to management.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate site records, prepare reports, and track materials and workforce attendance.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot site issues, address design discrepancies, and propose practical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and project management practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple tasks effectively.

• التنسيق والتواصل: العمل مع المهندسين والمعماريين والمقاولين من الباطن للحفاظ على التنفيذ السلس وسير العمل؛ والإبلاغ اليومي عن التقدم والتحديات للإدارة.
• التوثيق والتقارير: الحفاظ على السجلات الدقيقة للموقع، وإعداد التقارير، وتتبع المواد وحضور القوى العاملة.
• حل المشكلات: استكشاف مشكلات الموقع، ومعالجة التناقضات في التصميم، واقتراح حلول عملية بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة.

متطلبات

• خبرة مثبتة كمشرف مدني في مشاريع النفط والغاز.
• معرفة قوية بمعايير البناء وأنظمة السلامة وممارسات إدارة المشاريع.
• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة.
• القدرة على إدارة الفرق والمقاولين من الباطن والمهام المتعددة بشكل فعال.
