Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Relation Manager to manage client communication, service coordination, and follow-ups. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth maintenance scheduling, customer satisfaction, and timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients for maintenance scheduling and appointment bookings
Follow up with customers regarding services, inquiries, and feedback
Handle collections and payment follow-ups professionally
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and respond quickly to client needs
Maintain accurate customer and service records
Liaise with internal service and technical teams to ensure timely execution
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Bahrain
Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience in customer service, client handling, or service coordination
Ability to manage work independently and stay prompt under pressure
Quick on their feet, responsible, and action-oriented
English communication required (Arabic is an advantage)
Immediate availability preferred

المتطلبات
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البحرين
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية
خبرة في خدمة العملاء أو التعامل مع العملاء أو تنسيق الخدمات
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحمل ضغط العمل
سريع البديهة، مسؤول، ومبادر
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)
