Project Engineer / Junior Project Manager
Key Responsibilities

Support project planning, coordination, and daily follow-up to meet timelines and quality standards.

Review technical drawings, document, and monitor site/work progress.
-
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare and update project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
-
Track materials, procurement, and delivery schedules.
-
Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with project specifications and company policies.
-
Assist in implementing quality procedures and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
-
Identify project risks, delays, and issues, escalating them with proposed solutions.

Experience or knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is an advantage.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

8+ years of project management experience, preferably in the GCC.
-
Certifications in Project Management (PMP/CAPM) or ISO 9001 / Quality Management are a plus.
-
Previous experience in project coordination or engineering roles preferred.
-
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

دعم تخطيط المشاريع والتنسيق والمتابعة اليومية لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.

مراجعة الرسومات الفنية وتوثيقها ومتابعة تقدم الأعمال في الموقع.
-
التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء والموردين والمقاولين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
-
إعداد وتحديث تقارير المشاريع ومحاضر الاجتماعات والوثائق المتعلقة بالمشاريع.
-
متابعة المواد وجداول الشراء والتسليم.

تنفيذ فحوصات مراقبة الجودة وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع وسياسات الشركة.
-
المساعدة في تطبيق إجراءات الجودة ودعم جهود التحسين المستمر.
-
تحديد المخاطر، التأخيرات، والمشكلات المتعلقة بالمشروع، ورفعها مع تقديم الحلول المقترحة.
-
المعرفة أو الخبرة في معايير ISO 9001 تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
المتطلبات:
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، إدارة البناء، أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، ويفضل في دول الخليج.
-
شهادات إضافية في إدارة المشاريع (PMP/CAPM) أو إدارة الجودة / ISO 9001 تعتبر ميزة.
-
خبرة سابقة في تنسيق المشاريع أو الأدوار الهندسية مرغوبة.
-
مهارات تنظيمية، تواصلية، وحل المشكلات قوية.

القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق وأصحاب مصلحة متنوعين.
