نبحث عن سائق مسؤول وموثوق لدعم فريق مبيعات المنصة الإلكترونية. سيكون السائق مسؤولًا عن التوصيل والاستلام في الوقت المحدد للمنتجات والوثائق، بالإضافة إلى دعم العمليات اللوجستية في مواقع مختلفة. يتطلب هذا الدور إدارة ممتازة للوقت، ومهارات تواصل جيدة، وسلوكًا احترافيًا لتمثيل العلامة التجارية أثناء التعامل مع العملاء.
المهام الوظيفية:
توصيل واستلام المنتجات للعملاء والموردين والمواقع الداخلية في الوقت المحدد
التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات واللوجستيات لإدارة جدول التسليم بفعالية
المساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ البضائع عند الحاجة
جمع التأكيدات أو الدفعات أو الوثائق حسب التعليمات
الحفاظ على نظافة السيارة وإجراء فحوصات دورية
الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي مشاكل في السيارة أو تأخيرات أو ملاحظات من العملاء
الالتزام بقوانين المرور وسياسات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة
دعم فريق المبيعات الميداني في المهام اللوجستية الأخرى عند الحاجة
المتطلبات:
رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية (خفيفة أو ثقيلة حسب الدور)
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في وظيفة مشابهة
معرفة جيدة بشوارع ومناطق البحرين
مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)
إلمام أساسي باستخدام تطبيقات الهاتف ونظام GPS
مظهر لائق، الالتزام بالمواعيد، والسلوك المهني
لياقة بدنية للقيام بمهام التحميل والتفريغ عند الحاجة
المؤهلات المفضلة:
خبرة سابقة في مجال التجارة الإلكترونية أو الخدمات اللوجستية
معرفة بأنظمة إدارة التوصيل أو أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS)

المسؤوليات (تشمل ولا تقتصر على):

قيادة أو المشاركة في عمليات الإقفال الشهري والسنوي
تسوية حسابات الميزانية العمومية والتحقيق في الفروقات وحلها
المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية وتحليل الفروقات
تنفيذ وصيانة ضوابط داخلية فعالة
دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي
إعداد وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية والوثائق المتعلقة بها
المؤهلات:
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية (يفضل الماجستير)
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة
فهم قوي للمبادئ المحاسبية والضريبة (VAT) في البحرين
إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة (Tally)
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق
دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل
القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية وإدارة الأولويات المتعددة
🏗️ مطلوب مدير مشروع مؤهل – للقطاع الحكومي
نبحث عن مدير مشروع عالي الكفاءة للعمل في القطاع الحكومي ضمن مشاريع تنسيق الحدائق والإدارة المدنية.
المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:
بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو التصميم العمراني
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال إدارة تنسيق الحدائق من مقاول زراعي موثوق
مهارات قيادية وإدارية ممتازة لقيادة فريق متنوع التخصصات
رخصة قيادة سارية
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)
إتقان استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج: Outlook، Word، Excel، PowerPoint، MS Project، AutoCAD
المسؤوليات الأساسية:
إدارة التصميمات الداخلية وأعمال تنفيذ مشاريع تنسيق الحدائق
تقديم الاستشارات الفنية للعميل وفريق التصميم
تخطيط وتنفيذ ومتابعة المشاريع وتنسيقها وتوزيع الميزانيات
التنسيق مع باقي التخصصات مثل المساحة، الهندسة المدنية والميكانيكية، والهندسة المعمارية
إعداد التقارير والمستندات التوجيهية للعملاء
الإشراف على جودة المواد المستخدمة (نباتات، تربة، مواد الري، وغيرها)
التنسيق مع فريق التشغيل النهائي لإنهاء المشروع
الإشراف على الجداول الزمنية للموظفين، والترقيات، والتدريب والتطوير
تنفيذ المهام الإدارية الأخرى حسب توجيهات الإدارة
التأكد من بيئة عمل آمنة لجميع العاملين بالموقع
الالتزام التام بقوانين ولوائح الشركة
الحفاظ على علاقة جيدة مع الفريق والإدارة

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دول الخليج
