Automation Technician – Fives Services Gulf

Fives Services Gulf is the regional service center for the Middle East with 150 professionals based in Bahrain, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. The company provides local customer service, project execution support, spare parts sourcing.

Position Summary
We are seeking an Automation Technician with strong technical expertise to support maintenance, programming, and repair of industrial equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring operational reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Execute the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule in compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
Administer, configure, maintain, and program equipment control systems, process control systems, and historical data systems as per SOPs.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on PTMs and related equipment as per contractual and customer requirements.
Carry out corrective maintenance, assist peers in fault diagnosis, and repair equipment during breakdowns to ensure continuous operations.

Requirements

Proven technical experience in automation, maintenance, and equipment control systems.
Ability to troubleshoot, program, and repair industrial machinery.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance best practices.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

المسؤوليات والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

تنفيذ جدول الصيانة الوقائية المخططة (PPM) وفقًا لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها وأفضل ممارسات الصناعة.
إدارة وتكوين وصيانة وبرمجة أنظمة التحكم في المعدات، وأنظمة التحكم في العمليات، وأنظمة البيانات التاريخية وفقًا لإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
إجراء إصلاحات وصيانة لأنظمة الصيانة الوقائية المخططة (PPM) والمعدات ذات الصلة وفقًا لمتطلبات العقد ومتطلبات العميل.
إجراء الصيانة التصحيحية، ومساعدة الزملاء في تشخيص الأعطال، وإصلاح المعدات أثناء الأعطال لضمان استمرارية التشغيل.

خبرة فنية مثبتة في أنظمة الأتمتة والصيانة والتحكم في المعدات.
القدرة على استكشاف أعطال الآلات الصناعية وبرمجتها وإصلاحها.

مهارات قوية في العمل الجماعي وحل المشكلات.
