Catering Controller
Bahrain Airport Services is looking for a Controller - Catering to supervise external catering requirements while maintaining strong client relationships. The role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of assigned catering units and guarantees that all client requirements are up-to-date. The Controller liaises with other sections within Catering to ensure all menus and items are prepared and delivered on time in the right condition.
Main Duties
Create and update menus for outside catering, including related items such as menu brochures. Consider customer preferences and market trends to ensure offerings meet customer expectations and align with market demands. This helps attract and retain customers by providing relevant and appealing options.
Requirements
Proven experience in catering management or hospitality operations. Strong organizational and client-relations skills. Ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality catering services. Knowledge of menu planning and market trends is preferred.
