REQUIREMENTS:

Open to Bahraini nationals only

Information Technology Degree
-
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-
Technical Support: Handle troubleshooting, installation, repair, and diagnostics for personal computers, network systems, and cash registers.
-
User Assistance: Respond to user inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely resolution and status updates to the IT Manager.
-
System Maintenance: Install, test, and maintain hardware/software systems; perform component-level repairs.
-
Knowledge & Recommendations: Stay updated on PC technologies and advise on hardware/software/network needs.
-
Compliance & Inventory: Follow Bahrain Duty Free IT standards and maintain inventory of supplies and parts.
-
Documentation & Reporting: Use computing tools for documentation, scheduling, and user support.
-
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

المهام الرئيسية:

الدعم الفني: التعامل مع استكشاف الأعطال، والتركيب، والإصلاح، والتشخيص لأجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصية، وأنظمة الشبكات، وسجلات النقد.

مساعدة المستخدمين: الرد على استفسارات المستخدمين وطلبات الدعم، وضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب وتحديث مدير تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالحالة.
-
صيانة الأنظمة: تركيب واختبار وصيانة أنظمة الأجهزة والبرمجيات؛ وإجراء إصلاحات على مستوى المكونات.
-
المعرفة والتوصيات: متابعة أحدث تقنيات الحاسوب وتقديم المشورة حول احتياجات الأجهزة والبرامج والشبكات.
-
الامتثال والمخزون: الالتزام بمعايير تكنولوجيا المعلومات في السوق الحرة البحرين والحفاظ على مخزون الإمدادات والقطع.

التوثيق والتقارير: استخدام أدوات الحوسبة لتوثيق البيانات والجدولة ودعم المستخدمين.
-
مهام أخرى: أداء أي مهام إضافية توكل من الإدارة.
