Arabic Customer Service Specialist
Customer Care:
-
Customer Oriented
-
Answering customer inquiries on product information and order status across multiple channels like: Phone / WhatsApp / Social media / Email etc.

Assist customers in their purchases
-
Place outbound calls to customers for order follow-up and customer surveys
-
Liaising with logistics partners and couriers for customer deliveries and supply pickups
Operations:
-
Assist in operations from time to time, including order packing, inventory management, management of supplier deliveries, management of customer deliveries
Qualifications:
-
Ambitious, hardworking, and self-driven
-
Native Arabic speaker and English fluency is mandatory

Ability to learn quickly

Good knowledge of Excel

Customer oriented
-
Team player

Experience: 1–3 years in a customer-facing role strongly preferred
-
Previous e-commerce/operations/eyewear experience is a plus
Preference will be given to Bahraini Nationals

مهام خدمة العملاء:

تقديم خدمة متميزة للعملاء وتركيز على احتياجاتهم.
-
الرد على استفسارات العملاء حول المنتجات وحالة الطلبات عبر عدة قنوات مثل: الهاتف، واتساب، وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، البريد الإلكتروني، إلخ.
-
مساعدة العملاء أثناء عمليات الشراء.
-
إجراء مكالمات صادرة للعملاء لمتابعة الطلبات واستطلاعات الرأي.
-
التنسيق مع شركاء اللوجستيات وفرق التوصيل لضمان تسليم الطلبات واستلام الإمدادات.
مهام العمليات:
-
المشاركة في مهام العمليات عند الحاجة، والتي قد تشمل:
-
تجهيز الطلبات.
-
إدارة المخزون.
-
متابعة تسليم الموردين.
-
متابعة تسليم الطلبات للعملاء.
-
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
-
طموح، مجتهد، وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل.
-
ناطق باللغة العربية وإجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
-
القدرة على التعلم بسرعة.
-
معرفة جيدة ببرنامج Excel.
-
القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
-
خبرة من 1–3 سنوات في دور مباشر مع العملاء مفضلة بشدة.
-
خبرة سابقة في التجارة الإلكترونية أو العمليات أو مجال النظارات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
الأفضلية للمتقدمين من المواطنين البحرينيين.
