• تنسيق حركة الشحنات باختيار أكثر طرق وأساليب النقل كفاءة لتلبية احتياجات العملاء

• إعداد ومعالجة كافة المستندات اللازمة للشحن مثل بوليصة الشحن، التصاريح الجمركية، ونماذج التأمين

• التفاوض على أسعار الشحن والعقود مع شركات النقل للحصول على أفضل الأسعار والشروط

• تتبع الشحنات وتقديم تحديثات لحظية للعملاء ومعالجة أي مشكلات تطرأ أثناء النقل

• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء، شركات النقل، والمسؤولين الجمركيين لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة

• إجراء تقييمات للمخاطر وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتقليل الخسائر أو التأخيرات المحتملة

• متابعة التشريعات الجديدة والاتفاقيات التجارية وسياسات الجمارك المؤثرة على عمليات الشحن

• تقديم عروض أسعار وتوضيح تفاصيل التكلفة للعملاء

• إدارة المخزون وعمليات المستودع لضمان الاستلام والتخزين والتسليم في الوقت المناسب

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• يفضل وجود شهادة بكالوريوس في اللوجستيات أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الشحن أو الخدمات اللوجستية

• فهم جيد للأنظمة الجمركية وإجراءات الاستيراد والتصدير

• مهارات تنظيمية عالية ودقة في متابعة الشحنات والمستندات

• مهارات تواصل فعّالة وقدرة على التفاوض

• إجادة استخدام برامج إدارة الشحن وحزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس

• قدرة قوية على حل المشكلات والتعامل مع تحديات الشحن
