Job Purpose:

To professionally perform marble polishing and grinding tasks using specialized equipment and appropriate materials to achieve high-quality finishing, shine, and surface preservation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform marble polishing and grinding using manual and automatic machines

• Clean marble surfaces before, during, and after polishing

• Apply proper chemicals and polishing materials safely and correctly

• Repair minor surface defects (scratches, stains, small cracks)

• Maintain and clean all polishing equipment regularly

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines

• Report on equipment condition and material usage

• Communicate professionally with clients when needed

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in marble polishing (preferred, or training provided)

• Good knowledge of different types of marble and floor surfaces

• Ability to handle machines and equipment

• Attention to detail and precision

• Punctual and able to work under pressure

• Good communication with team and clients

Qualifications:

• No university degree required

• Certificate or training in marble polishing preferred

الهدف من الوظيفة:

تنفيذ مهام تلميع وصقل الرخام باستخدام المعدات المتخصصة والمواد المناسبة لتحقيق تشطيب عالي الجودة والحفاظ على الأسطح.

المهام الرئيسية:

• تلميع وصقل الرخام باستخدام معدات يدوية وآلية

• تنظيف الأسطح قبل وأثناء وبعد التلميع

• استخدام المواد الكيميائية المناسبة بطريقة آمنة

• إصلاح العيوب البسيطة كالخدوش والبقع

• صيانة وتنظيف المعدات بانتظام

• اتباع إجراءات السلامة

• تقديم تقارير عن حالة المعدات واستهلاك المواد

• التواصل المهني مع العملاء عند الحاجة

المهارات المطلوبة:

• خبرة سابقة في تلميع الرخام (أو قابلية للتدريب)

• معرفة جيدة بأنواع الرخام والأسطح

• إتقان استخدام أجهزة التلميع

• دقة واهتمام بالتفاصيل

• الالتزام بالمواعيد وتحمل ضغط العمل

• مهارات تواصل جيدة

المؤهلات:

• لا يشترط وجود شهادة جامعية

• يفضل وجود دورة تدريبية أو شهادة في مجال تلميع الرخام
