📦 Operation Manager Job in Bahrain – Simply Chic Boutique
Simply Chic Boutique is looking for an Operation Manager to join our growing team. Kindly review the list of responsibilities and qualifications below:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the accuracy of inventory management and distributions
Supervise periodic and ad-hoc inventory audits and reconcile actual stock in warehouses and production lines with ERP system
Monitor delivery schedules and customer orders
Manage new product launch activities
Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)
Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
Prepare periodic reports on inventory status and provide recommendations for control improvements
File claims when defective products are discovered
Investigate and identify root causes of discrepancies in receiving and dispatch, and implement corrective actions
Establish cycle counting and ensure inventory counts meet audit and company requirements
Forecast supply and demand to ensure stock availability
Prepare all types of inventory reports, including aging reports and reconciliations
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience as a Stock Controller in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred
Strong knowledge of inventory software such as ODOO or similar systems
Analytical and logistical thinking abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
Strong communication skills

📌 وظيفة مدير عمليات – البحرين
تعلن شركة Simply Chic Boutique عن حاجتها إلى مدير عمليات للانضمام إلى فريقها المتنامي. يرجى الاطلاع على المهام والمؤهلات المطلوبة:
🔹 المهام الرئيسية:
إدارة دقة المخزون والتوزيع
الإشراف على جرد المخزون الدوري والمفاجئ، والتوفيق بين الكميات الفعلية والبيانات في نظام الـERP
مراقبة جدول التسليم وطلبات العملاء
إدارة أنشطة إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة
تتبع أوامر الشراء والتسليم لتجنب نفاد أو فائض المخزون
إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بحالة المخزون وتقديم التوصيات
تقديم مطالبات المنتجات التالفة
التحقيق في أسباب الفروقات واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية
تنظيم عمليات الجرد الدورية وفق متطلبات الشركة والتدقيق
التنبؤ بالعرض والطلب لضمان توفر المنتجات
إعداد تقارير تفصيلية متنوعة للمخزون والتقادم والمطابقات
🔹 المؤهلات المطلوبة:
خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة المخزون أو اللوجستيات أو المبيعات بالتجزئة
شهادة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو اللوجستيات (أولوية)
معرفة ممتازة ببرامج إدارة المخزون مثل ODOO أو أنظمة مشابهة
مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية عالية
القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة تحت ضغط
مهارات تواصل ممتازة

🔹 شركة تقنية معلومات تبحث عن مدير تطوير أعمال ذو خبرة لتسويق وترويج أنظمة الكاميرات الأمنية ومنتجات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في البحرين.
🔹 المتطلبات:
حاصل على شهادة جامعية في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال مشابه
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات داخل البحرين
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة)
رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية
