Interior Designer / Sales Executive – Kitchen Division

We are looking for a motivated Interior Designer / Sales Executive for our kitchen division. The ideal candidate will bring both design expertise and sales skills, with proven experience in creating customized solutions for clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (professional certificates are a plus).
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Interior Design background or experience in kitchen design and sales.
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Meet with Clients to discuss and determine kitchen design requirements.
Advise Clients on kitchen design factors such as space planning, layout, use of fittings, appliances, and color coordination.
Develop and interpret Clients’ needs into rough kitchen layout plans.
Use computer-aided design software (such as CAD, 3DMax, or other design software) to create models and visuals of kitchen designs.
Prepare detailed plans, diagrams, and sketches for kitchen construction, finishes, lighting, fittings, and accessories.
Research and decide on suitable kitchen materials, fittings, and product sourcing.
Estimate material requirements and costs, and present proposals to Clients for approval.
Coordinate and correspond with suppliers for kitchen materials, fittings, and appliances.
Inspect and supervise kitchen installation work to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project deadlines.

نبحث عن مصمم داخلي/مندوب مبيعات متحمس لقسم المطابخ لدينا. يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخبرة في التصميم ومهارات البيع، مع خبرة مثبتة في ابتكار حلول مخصصة للعملاء .

متطلبات

درجة بكالوريوس أو أعلى (تُعدّ الشهادات المهنية ميزة إضافية).
خبرة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في دور مماثل.
خلفية في التصميم الداخلي أو خبرة في تصميم وبيع المطابخ.
مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء والزبائن.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات

الاجتماع مع العملاء لمناقشة وتحديد متطلبات تصميم المطبخ.
تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول عوامل تصميم المطبخ، مثل تخطيط المساحة، والتخطيط، واستخدام التركيبات، والأجهزة، وتنسيق الألوان.
تطوير وترجمة احتياجات العملاء إلى مخططات تخطيطية أولية للمطبخ.
استخدام برامج التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (مثل CAD و3DMax أو برامج التصميم الأخرى) لإنشاء نماذج وصور توضيحية لتصاميم المطبخ.
إعداد مخططات ورسومات توضيحية ورسومات تفصيلية لبناء المطبخ، والتشطيبات، والإضاءة، والتركيبات، والملحقات.
البحث عن مواد وتركيبات ومصادر منتجات المطبخ المناسبة وتحديدها.
تقدير متطلبات المواد وتكاليفها، وتقديم العروض للعملاء للموافقة عليها.
التنسيق والتواصل مع موردي مواد وتركيبات وأجهزة المطبخ.
فحص وإشراف أعمال تركيب المطبخ لضمان الجودة والسلامة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع.
