ROLE PROFILE:
Be The Ultimate Champion of Customer Service Standards in Line with Majid Al Futtaim Guidelines, Understanding Customer Needs and Enabling the Fulfilment of an Exceptional Experience for The Customer.

ROLE PROFILE
Implement the correct application of merchandise plan/layouts
Implement the commercial policy agreed for the store pricing and Prepare reports on stock
Oversee the products assortment in the section
Identify slow moving items and stock depreciation in order to help push their sales before expiry, if applicable
Maintain the goods in the designated areas and keep them in good condition
Assist the team in delivering, enhancing and answering to all customer needs when required and promote sales
Follow the set guidelines while supervising the display of new products
Maintain the necessary signage and ensure sufficient display of goods, accurate labelling of items and pricing
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Management or related field
A minimum of 3 years in a similar function in retail industry
Experience in FMCG or Heavy Household is a must
Inventory and merchandise integrity and availability

ROLE PROFILE
Oversee and implement the commercial policy agreed for the store pricing
Negotiate internal promotions with suppliers to enforce the image of discount inside the section (Promo-Book)
Ensure proper stock management (Preparing stock reports, stock value, control out of stock, stock replenishment orders and merchandise deliveries)
Maintain the goods in the designated areas and keep them in good condition
Manage and control displays to ensure correct pricing and Plano-gram is implemented at all times
Enforce safety, health and security rules as per internal standards and external rules and regulations
Control orders and follow up on deliveries
Monitor the NPS in the section work on improving areas that needs development.
Requirements
Diploma in Commerce or Finance
3+ years in Retail operations role
