We are looking for a Multi-Facility Supervisor who can handle multi-tasking responsibilities and oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of company facilities. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in facility maintenance, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair works.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day facility maintenance activities
Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Manage repair schedules and preventive maintenance plans
Ensure all facilities are safe, clean, and operational
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized works
Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies
Maintain records of maintenance work and inventory of tools/supplies
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in facilities supervision or maintenance role
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to urgent facility needs
Preferably with technical diploma/certification in a related field

المتطلبات:
خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف على المرافق أو أعمال الصيانة.
معرفة قوية بالسباكة والكهرباء والتكييف والصيانة العامة.
القدرة على تعدد المهام وإدارة الأولويات بفعالية.
مهارات قيادية واتصال وحل مشكلات جيدة.
المرونة في ساعات العمل والاستعداد للتعامل مع الطوارئ.
يفضل من لديه دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في مجال ذي صلة.
