What is BPay?
BPay is a fiat money wallet built to support Binance's cryptocurrency business. BPay is designed as a fiat wallet to allow customers to hold and store their own funds. This enables customers to open a wallet for purchasing cryptocurrencies on the Binance platform through verified, matching named accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Business Process Management: Work with process owners to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), adhering to the standard/framework agreed within the operating office and operational risk team.
- Evaluate existing business processes and outline business process improvement/optimisation opportunities.
- Monitor and perform ongoing analysis on business processes related to productivity, quality, and costs.
- Present process performance tracking reports and integrate feedback.
- Project Management: Identify delivery gaps, recommend process opportunities, and drive internal projects to optimise delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve operation scaling up.
- Manage communication with 3rd party partners (solve customer issues, follow up on delays and pending items).
- Play a key role between BPay departments and outsourced departments (Customer Service, KYC/KYB central teams, etc.).
Requirements:
- 1-3 years and above experience with a Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferable with internal or external consulting background.
- Hands-on experience in operational or business process management work, preferably in a financial services organisation.
- Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for internal cross-team collaboration.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems.

- دور محوري بين أقسام BPay والأقسام المستعان بها خارجيًا (خدمة العملاء، فرق KYC/KYB المركزية، وغيرها).
المتطلبات:
- خبرة من 1-3 سنوات أو أكثر وحاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في مجال أعمال أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- يفضل أن يكون لديه خلفية في الاستشارات الداخلية أو الخارجية.
- خبرة عملية في إدارة العمليات أو عمليات الأعمال، ويفضل في مؤسسة خدمات مالية.
- مهارات تنسيق قوية وعقلية استراتيجية للتعاون بين الفرق الداخلية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- القدرة على تحديد وحل المشكلات المعقدة.
