Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise joinery and carpentry teams onsite and in production

• Maintain high standards of work and meet project specifications

• Coordinate with engineers, managers, and other teams

• Track materials, project progress, and safety compliance

• Train junior carpenters and solve on-site issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry and joinery (5–7 years)

• Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Strong leadership and communication abilities

• Knowledge of safety standards

• Valid Bahrain work permit or willingness to relocate

• الإشراف على فرق النجارة والتلميع في الموقع والإنتاج

• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والأطراف المعنية

• متابعة التقدم، المواد، ومعايير السلامة

• تدريب وتوجيه الحرفيين الجدد

• حل المشكلات وتطبيق الحلول بكفاءة

🔹 المتطلبات:

• خبرة مثبتة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في النجارة

• مهارة في الإشراف والتنظيم والقيادة

• القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات والمخططات الفنية

• معرفة بلوائح ومعايير السلامة

• تصريح عمل ساري في البحرين أو الرغبة في الانتقال
