Business Development Director-Offers 

 Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for our offerwall product.

Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies.

Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue and ensure ongoing collaboration.

Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to optimize the offerwall platform for ad performance and user experience.

Monitor ad performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Forecast ad revenue and provide regular updates to senior management.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably within the offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing space.

Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets.

Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players.

Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Highly organized and detail-oriented. 

Passion for the digital advertising industry.

تحديد واستكشاف وتأمين شراكات إعلانية جديدة مع العلامات التجارية والوكالات ذات الصلة.

إدارة وتنمية العلاقات القائمة مع شركاء الإعلان لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الإيرادات وضمان التعاون المستمر.

التفاوض على أسعار الإعلان والعقود، وضمان الشروط المواتية للشركة.

التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية (المنتج والتسويق وما إلى ذلك) لتحسين منصة العرض لتحسين أداء الإعلانات وتجربة المستخدم.

راقب مقاييس أداء الإعلان وحدد المجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين.

ابق على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والعروض التنافسية.

إن وجود شبكة اتصالات داخل صناعة الإعلان يشكل ميزة كبيرة.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض.

قدرات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
