Sort Agent – Responsibilities

Sort inbound material as per Team Leader/Supervisor instructions
-
Prepare outbound material for dispatch as per Team Leader/Supervisor instructions
-
Ensure loading and unloading of trucks/vans comply with Global SOP procedures
-
Maintain a clean and tidy sort area at the end of each shift
-
Adhere to company safety policies regarding forklift and equipment usage
-
Solve basic day-to-day operational issues affecting the sort area
-
Plan and organize own workload as delegated by Sort Team Leader
-
Ensure efficient sorting of material in line with Global SOP and Quality Protocols
Engineering Manager – Profile
-
10+ years of relevant maintenance experience
-
5+ years of technical services (engineering) experience
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
Preferably EASA, FAA, BCAA, or ICAO Part 66 license
-
Focused on understanding and meeting customer needs efficiently and professionally
-
Strong business understanding, including finance and profitability, to improve company performance
-
Holistic mindset, staying aware of trends affecting company competitiveness
-
Analytical problem-solving skills, able to break down complex situations and draw accurate conclusions
