 Senior Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise civil and finishing works on site to ensure quality and timely completion.

Coordinate daily with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities regarding project updates, technical issues, and approvals.

Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and material requirements.

Verify quantities, review BOQs, and ensure proper cost control throughout the project.

Ensure all works are executed in compliance with design, specifications, and local regulations.

Handle progress reporting, documentation, and correspondence related to the project.

Evaluate and compare market prices for materials and services to optimize project costs.

Support the tendering process with technical inputs when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in Bahrain, preferably in residential and commercial projects.

Strong technical knowledge in civil and finishing works.

Draftsman

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in drafting, preferably in construction or engineering firms.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).

• Good understanding of technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans based on engineer or architect specifications.

• Modify existing drawings as per updates or revisions.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers.

 مهندس مشروع أول

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إدارة والإشراف على الأعمال المدنية والتشطيبية في الموقع لضمان الجودة والانتهاء في الوقت المناسب.

التنسيق اليومي مع المقاولين من الباطن والموردين والفرق الداخلية لضمان التنفيذ السلس للمشروع.

التواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء والمستشارين والسلطات فيما يتعلق بتحديثات المشروع والمشكلات الفنية والموافقات.

إعداد ومراقبة ميزانيات المشروع والجداول الزمنية ومتطلبات المواد.

التحقق من الكميات، ومراجعة فواتير الكميات، وضمان التحكم السليم في التكاليف طوال المشروع.

التأكد من تنفيذ كافة الأعمال بما يتوافق مع التصميم والمواصفات واللوائح المحلية.

التعامل مع تقارير التقدم والتوثيق والمراسلات المتعلقة بالمشروع.

تقييم ومقارنة أسعار السوق للمواد والخدمات لتحسين تكاليف المشروع.

دعم عملية تقديم العطاءات بالمدخلات الفنية عند الحاجة إليها.

متطلبات:

- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.

- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البحرين، ويفضل في المشاريع السكنية والتجارية.

معرفة تقنية قوية في الأعمال المدنية والتشطيب.

المؤهلات

• دبلوم أو درجة جامعية في الرسم أو الهندسة أو العمارة أو مجال ذي صلة.

• - خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال الصياغة، ويفضل أن تكون في شركات البناء أو الهندسة.

• الكفاءة في برنامج AutoCAD وبرامج التصميم/الرسم الأخرى (على سبيل المثال، Revit، SketchUp).

• فهم جيد للرسومات الفنية والخطط والمواصفات.

• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل في ظل مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.

المسؤوليات

• إعداد الرسومات والخطط الفنية التفصيلية بناءً على مواصفات المهندس أو المهندس المعماري.

• تعديل الرسومات الموجودة وفقًا للتحديثات أو المراجعات.
