CT Yard Controller

 Responsible under the direction of the Shift Superintendent / Shift Manager for the allocation and control of shift operational staff.

 Make sure drivers adhere to the standard traffic flow.

 Ensure that continuous operations are maintained during shift changeovers.

 Ensure safe working practices.

 Ensure tractor units and RTG are being correctly utilized.

 Supervise Yard operations as required.

 Observe the provisions of the relevant APMT Bahrain policies and procedures.

 المسؤول تحت إشراف مشرف المناوبة / مدير المناوبة عن تخصيص ومراقبة موظفي العمليات المناوبة.

 تأكد من التزام السائقين بتدفق حركة المرور القياسية.

 تأكد من استمرار العمليات أثناء عمليات تغيير الورديات.

 ضمان ممارسات العمل الآمنة.

 تأكد من استخدام وحدات الجرارات و RTG بشكل صحيح.

 الإشراف على عمليات الساحة حسب الحاجة.

 مراعاة أحكام السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة الخاصة بشركة APMT البحرين.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

العمل كجسر بين عمليات الساحة ومراقبة البرج وفرق السفن لدعم حركة البضائع بسلاسة والتحول

قيادة وتوزيع موظفي المناوبة بشكل فعال، وضمان النشر الأمثل تحت إشراف مشرف/مدير المناوبة

مراقبة المعدات مثل وحدات الجرارات ومولدات الطاقة الحرارية الأرضية (RTGs) لضمان الاستخدام الصحيح وتقليل وقت الخمول

أنا. فرض ومراقبة الالتزام ببروتوكولات تدفق حركة المرور في المحطة لضمان تشغيل الساحة بشكل آمن وفعال

ضمان ظروف عمل آمنة من خلال تطبيق إرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والإجراءات التشغيلية بشكل صارم في جميع الأوقات

الحفاظ على العمليات المستمرة أثناء انتقالات المناوبات، وضمان عدم حدوث أي انقطاع في مستوى الخدمة

ls. الإشراف على فريق الساحة وتوجيهه لتلبية معايير الإنتاجية والسلامة، وحل المشكلات في الوقت الفعلي حسب الحاجة
