Bahraini Female Accountant
Responsibilities:
Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Assist team members with month-end close processes
Support the annual audit process, including drafting financial statements and related notes
Research and analyze expense variances for management
Prepare and submit VAT filing returns
Record daily transactions, maintain GL and accruals
Manage petty cash and prepare cash flow reports
Track accounts payable and receivable status in the system
Manage bank account portals
Cash flow management
Reconcile financial statements and daily company transactions
Qualifications:
2–5 years of professional accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
Experience with Zoho Books system
Experience in Foodstuff Trading
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle work under pressure

محاسبة بحرينية (Bahraini Female Accountant)
المسؤوليات:
ضمان تسجيل العمليات التجارية وفق المبادئ المحاسبية المتعارف عليها.
العمل عن قرب مع أعضاء الفريق للمساعدة في إغلاق الشهر المالي.
المساعدة في عملية التدقيق السنوي بما في ذلك إعداد مسودات القوائم المالية والملاحظات المتعلقة بها.
البحث وتحليل فروقات النفقات لصالح إدارة الشركة.
إعداد وإرسال إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT).
ضمان تسجيل المعاملات اليومية في النظام، وصيانة الحسابات العامة وتسجيل الاستحقاقات.
إدارة الصندوق النقدي وإعداد تقرير التدفقات النقدية.
متابعة حالة الحسابات المدينة والدائنة في النظام وتحديثها بانتظام.
إدارة حسابات البنوك الإلكترونية.
إدارة التدفقات النقدية.
مطابقة القوائم المالية والمعاملات اليومية للشركة.
المؤهلات:
خبرة عملية في المحاسبة من 2–5 سنوات.
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو ما يعادلها من خبرة.
خبرة في نظام Zoho Books.
خبرة في تجارة المواد الغذائية.
مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
