Purchase Executive - Bahraini

Overseeing and supervising all activities of the purchasing department.

Planning and identifying the materials and equipment required for the projects.

Reviewing the project requirements to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

Sourcing and selecting suppliers for construction materials, machinery, and services.

Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

Ensuring all orders are processed and delivered on time.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Executive or in a similar position.

Bahraini nationality only.

Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, equipment, and procurement best practices.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field (preferred).

Ability to analyse and compare supplier offers and make data-driven decisions.
-
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Estimation Engineer Mechanical
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Preparing tenders as per the tender specifications and drawings.
-
Quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions.

Preparing variations based on changes between tender design and IFC design & RFI.
-
Monitoring project expenses versus project budgets.
-
Preparing material submittals and shop drawings for consultant approval.
-
Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients/subcontractors.
Requirements
-
3+ years of relevant experience.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-
Experience in pre/post tender works, variation, and valuation.
-
Strong knowledge of MEP system projects.
-
Gulf experience in the construction field.
Civil QS - Bahraini
-
Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
-
Prepare tender documents, BOQ, and cost analysis.
-
Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
-
Coordinate with teams to compile and finalize proposal submissions.
Requirements

3-5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Bahraini nationality only.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.

Background in Quantity Surveying and BOQ extraction.

Valid Bahrain driving license.
